4. Method and Legal Basis of Data Processing Personal data is collected through job application forms, resumes, and other communication channels by automatic and non-automatic methods. Data is processed in accordance with the legal grounds specified in Articles 5 and 6 of the KVKK No. 6698.

5. To Whom and For What Purposes Data May Be Transferred The collected personal data may be transferred to authorized public institutions and organizations, business partners, and service providers within the framework of legal obligations and for the purposes specified above.

Rights of the Data Subject According to Article 11 of the KVKK, data subjects have the right to learn whether their personal data is processed, the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with its purpose, know the third parties to whom personal data is transferred domestically or abroad, request correction of personal data in case of incomplete or incorrect processing, request deletion or destruction of personal data within the framework of the conditions stipulated in Article 7 of the KVKK, object to the occurrence of a result against the person himself/herself by analyzing the processed data exclusively through automated systems, and demand compensation for damages in case of illegal processing of personal data.
